Tegan Langridge

Tegan has been part of the RealWay story since its beginnings in 2005, growing up within the family business and developing a natural passion for property from an early age.

After leaving school, Tegan worked in conveyancing at a local law firm, further strengthening her interest in the real estate industry. She officially joined RealWay in 2009, stepping into Property Management where she went on to successfully manage her own portfolio and later oversee the entire department. Over more than 17 years with the company, Tegan has gained a deep, practical understanding of real estate from every angle.

Following her maternity leave and the evolution of the business into a specialist sales office, Tegan has stepped into a new role that brings together her experience and creative passion. She is now RealWay Bundaberg’s social media manager, videographer and content creator, producing engaging, authentic marketing that showcases both the properties and the people behind them.

Tegan prides herself on being approachable, honest and supportive in every interaction. Whether she’s helping behind the scenes or bringing a property to life on camera, clients can expect prompt, professional and friendly service.

A self-confessed coffee enthusiast, Tegan is always happy to chat all things real estate over a cup. Outside of work, she is a proud life member of the Brothers Netball Club and loves being part of the local community. Tegan and her husband Tom are busy raising their two young children, Ollie and Grace, and enjoy making the most of life in the Bundaberg region.
