They say behind every good man is a good woman and at RealWay Bundaberg we couldn’t agree more. Introducing: Katie-Jay Illingworth, our amazing Sales Administrator, Associate and wife to our Principal.
Katie’s role at RealWay could be described as the glue that keeps the Sales Team together. A day in her life can begin with mountains of paperwork and end with a stampede of buyers. Despite of all of this she’s the first to approach tasks with a smile and an efficiency that’s been integral to RealWay’s growth over the past few years.
Often recognised in Bundaberg having been invited to function after function as our Principal's "other half", there is so much more to Katie! She’s a qualified Pharmacist who graduated from James Cook University in 2008 and has a wealth of retail / medical knowledge in the pharmacy industry which she applies where she can in shaping the future of RealWay.
Daughter of exceptional local builder - Trevor McLeod - and of local midwife - Trudy Ford (nee; Madle) - Katie has Bundaberg, Gin Gin and Childers in her blood with a proud attachment to the area and its' people. Katie's passion for Real Estate stems from her passion for her family, friends and quality customer service. She feels these three things combine seamlessly at RealWay and wants to continue that legacy whilst contributing to it in exciting new ways.
