Needing no introduction to the Bundaberg Community, the RealWay Team is so excited to announce our newest member of our Sales Team – Jodie Oberhardt!

We’re so fortunate to have a face locals will recognise for an upbeat personality, friendly demeanour and an impeccable work ethic over three decades in her last role as an employee-come-business owner. Here’s a little bit about our newest recruit, sure to take the Bundaberg Real Estate market by storm!

Originally from Melbourne, Jodie grew up in the laid-back communities of Childers and Woodgate after her family made a lifestyle change. Her working life began early, working as a “tea and tidy” in salons in Bundaberg at just 14 years old before going on to complete an apprenticeship in hairdressing straight after high school at Isis High. These early forays instilled an incredible work ethic in Jodie.

Then, at just 21, Jodie launched her own business, Lush Hair, which she proudly ran for 23 years until the present day and her decision to begin a career with RealWay in Real Estate. Her ownership of her business ensured she was very capable of building strong, lasting relationships with Clients, and this was always at the heart of what Jodie did. Now, she brings that same dedication and customer-first approach to her new career!

Jodie lives on acreage in beautiful Branyan with her husband Karl and two wonderful children - Slade and Eva. Throw in two dogs and a few sheep and Jodie has found her happy place.
