Meet Isabelle Taylor - a dedicated Sales Associate at RealWay, who joined our team in February 2024. Initially brought on as our First Impressions Specialist, Isabelle excelled in managing day-to-day meet-and-greets with a warm smile and a can-do attitude, ensuring every Client felt welcomed and valued.

Isabelle’s journey began in Bundaberg where she grew up and developed a strong connection to her community. Her desire for new experiences led her to the Sunshine Coast for university, where she pursued a degree in secondary teaching. Although moving away from home was a significant challenge, it equipped her with invaluable life skills. Despite the growth and learning, Isabelle realised that something was missing, and at the end of last year, she chose to return to Bundaberg.

Upon her return, Isabelle joined RealWay, initially with the intention of returning to the Sunshine Coast. However, as she immersed herself in the world of Real Estate she discovered a genuine passion for the industry. Isabelle quickly commenced her training to become a qualified Agent and is eager to advance in her new career now she joins forces with Adam Rayner as his Associate.

Her enthusiasm for new opportunities and her dedication to finding a career that truly resonates with her have made Isabelle an integral part of our Team.
