Ethan began his real estate career with RealWay in September 2020, working under the guidance of Principal Agent Brent Illingworth. Since then, he has grown into a capable and driven agent, continually building his skills and industry knowledge. In 2024, he expanded his experience by relocating to the Gold Coast, further developing his expertise and broadening his perspective within the industry.

Passionate about real estate, Ethan is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and confidently move into new chapters of their lives. He takes pride in delivering a high level of service, always striving to exceed expectations.

A proud Bundaberg local, Ethan graduated from Shalom College in 2017 before gaining experience across hospitality and agriculture. These roles, often fast-paced and customer-focused, helped him develop a strong work ethic and exceptional people skills, which now underpin his success in Real Estate.

As part of the Brent Illingworth Team once more in 2026, Ethan plays a versatile role, supporting operations behind the scenes while also managing listings and connecting buyers with the right properties in his own right. His attention to detail, particularly in database management and administration, ensures a seamless experience for Clients and upholds the high professional standards that RealWay is known for.
