With nearly 30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Kathy Foley is a respected sales professional known for her straight-talking communication, strong negotiation skills, and results-driven approach. As part of the RealWay Bundaberg Team, Kathy brings deep local knowledge and a passion for helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.

Kathy’s real estate journey began in administration before moving into property management, where she earned multiple state and national accolades for her performance. Her true passion, however, lies in sales - helping people make big property moves while achieving the best possible outcomes. In 2014, she became a licensed Property Auctioneer and continues to bring energy and professionalism to every transaction.

A proud Bundaberg local, Kathy is heavily involved in the community which marries in beautifully to the mantra of the RealWay Team. She currently serves on the School Council Board at Bundaberg North State High School and holds advanced qualifications in both men’s and women’s artistic gymnastics, coaching athletes of all ages. She is also a life member and long-standing treasurer of the Brothers Social Touch Football Association Inc.
